Payment by cash or cheque required in advance of sessions.


Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation of a session is requested at least
24 hours in advance of the appointment time to incur no charge.  No notification, or less than 24 hours notice, will incur the full fee.

Legal Stuff
V-Fitness reserves the right to modify the policy at our discretion or against any client who we believe may be abusing the policy.
